About the organization

Built on engineering, governed as an association

Titan Software z.s. is a Czech registered association building community-driven security infrastructure and open research for the FiveM ecosystem.

About the organization

Durable infrastructure for community-driven security

Titan Software z.s. is a Czech registered association bringing together developers, security researchers, infrastructure engineers, operators and contributors.

We exist to create durable community-driven technical infrastructure and security capabilities for gaming ecosystems — starting with FiveM, where we have deep operational experience.

As a registered association we have no shareholders and distribute no profit. Revenue is reinvested into infrastructure, development, research and the communities that rely on the systems we run. Our statutes, annual report and finances are published.

Open development

We develop in the open, document decisions, and publish tooling the ecosystem can inspect and depend on.

Security by design

Detection, validation and hardening are designed into systems from the first commit — not bolted on after an incident.

Transparent governance

A registered association with published statutes and annual reports. No shareholders, no profit distribution — everything is reinvested.

Domain expertise

Years inside the FiveM ecosystem give us the operational context generic security vendors do not have.

Community-driven security

Why community-driven security?

Security knowledge becomes more useful when responsible reports, research and detections can improve protection for everyone — not only the team that found the issue first.

Titan Security is designed so operators, developers and researchers can contribute signals and tooling without needing to join the legal association. Shared infrastructure multiplies individual effort.

Focus

Why FiveM?

We have deep operational experience in the FiveM ecosystem and are focusing there first rather than trying to be a generic cybersecurity company.

That focus keeps our research, detections and infrastructure grounded in real workloads, real abuse patterns and real operator constraints.

Why we are built this way

Deliberate structure, not an accident of history

Every part of how Titan Software is set up is a decision. Here is the reasoning behind the ones partners ask about most.

01

Why an association?

A registered association (z.s.) gives us a durable legal entity with published statutes and elected officers, without the pressure of returning capital to investors. It lets us make decisions on an engineering timescale rather than a funding-round one.

02

Why no shareholders?

No shareholders means no one is owed a dividend at the expense of the systems or the community. Surplus is reinvested into infrastructure and development, so incentives stay aligned with reliability and the people who depend on us.

03

Why transparency?

We publish our statutes, annual and financial reports because trust in a security organization has to be verifiable. If you are going to rely on our systems, you should be able to check who runs them and how they are funded.

04

Why engineering-first?

Decisions are made by the people who operate the systems. We prioritize correctness, measurability and long-term maintainability over shipping fast for its own sake.

05

Why open development?

Security tooling that no one can inspect is asking for blind trust. Developing in the open lets the ecosystem review our work, report issues responsibly and build on what we publish.

06

Why long-term sustainability?

Communities plan around the tools they run. Owning our infrastructure and network, keeping the association lean and reinvesting revenue means we are built to still be here — and still maintained — years from now.

Principles

How we decide what to build, and how

These principles govern our technical decisions, our release process and our relationship with the communities that depend on us.

Security first

Threat modeling and hardening precede feature work.

Engineering rigor

Evaluated, measured, reviewed — then shipped.

Reliability

Systems built to stay up under production load.

Community-driven

Shared intelligence and open contribution over isolated products.

Technology

A deliberately conservative stack

We build on proven, well-understood technologies. Predictability and long-term maintainability matter more to us than novelty.
