Terms of Service

These Terms apply to services and applications operated by Titan Software z.s., unless a specific service provides additional or overriding terms. Where a product publishes its own terms, those product terms apply in addition to these Terms and prevail for that product if there is a direct conflict.

Services in the Titan ecosystem may include Titan Auth, Titan Security, Titan AC, CFX Resolver, Titan community systems and other Titan Software services made available over time. Not every service listed as an example is necessarily public or available to every user at any given time.

By accessing or using a Titan service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Where a service requires an account, authentication is provided through Titan Auth, the centralized identity service for the Titan ecosystem. Individual applications may not collect passwords themselves.

• Provide accurate information where a service requires it.
• Protect credentials, session tokens and devices used to access your account.
• You are responsible for activity carried out under your account, except where you have promptly notified us of unauthorized access you could not reasonably prevent.
• Do not share accounts in ways a service prohibits.
• Automated account creation, credential stuffing and similar abuse may be restricted or blocked.
• Notify us if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Titan may suspend or restrict accounts used for abuse, security incidents, fraud or material violations of these Terms.

You may use Titan services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any service-specific rules.

Prohibited malicious use

You must not use Titan services to:

• Gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data.
• Distribute malware, ransomware or other harmful software outside authorized security workflows.
• Steal credentials or perform phishing.
• Operate or participate in DDoS attacks or botnets.
• Abuse, bypass or interfere with service security controls.
• Use Titan services to attack, exploit or harm third parties.
• Harass others, spam, conduct fraud or engage in other unlawful activity.

Authorized security use

Titan Security and related workflows are designed to receive malicious samples, indicators and security research in good faith. The following are generally permitted when performed through designated Titan channels and without unauthorized access to third-party systems:

• Submitting a suspicious or malicious FiveM resource for analysis.
• Reporting a vulnerability through responsible disclosure.
• Submitting indicators of compromise, hashes, URLs or related technical evidence.
• Approved collaborative research activities.

Uploading malware is not categorically prohibited when it is submitted through authorized Titan Security or disclosure workflows for analysis. Distributing malware, using the platform to infect systems, or performing unauthorized exploitation remains prohibited.

We welcome good-faith security research and responsible reporting against Titan systems and, through designated channels, security issues affecting the broader FiveM ecosystem.

• Submit reports through designated Titan workflows (including responsible disclosure and Titan Security reporting paths when available).
• Submitted files may contain malicious or suspicious code; handle and package them carefully.
• Do not perform unauthorized access, social engineering against third parties, or attacks solely to obtain evidence.
• Sensitive vulnerability details may remain restricted while remediation is ongoing.

For vulnerabilities in Titan systems, see our responsible disclosure materials and contact [email protected] where appropriate. These Terms do not create a contractual “safe harbor” beyond what applicable law already provides.

Community members may submit threat reports, detection rules, research, documentation or code. Contribution-specific licenses may apply.

• Source-code contributions are governed by the license and contribution terms of the relevant repository.
• By submitting a security report or technical sample, you grant Titan permission to analyze the material, retain it as needed for security operations, derive technical indicators or detections from it, and contact you if you provided contact details and permitted contact.
• Submitting material for analysis does not transfer ownership of third-party code to Titan merely because it was uploaded.
• Do not submit content you are not entitled to share.

Titan Software branding, website content, original software, documentation and research content are owned by Titan or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Third-party trademarks (including those related to FiveM, Cfx.re, Discord, GitHub and others) remain the property of their respective owners.
• Open-source components are governed by their respective licenses.
• Except as permitted by license or written permission, you may not copy, modify or redistribute Titan proprietary materials.

Titan services may integrate with or link to third parties such as Discord, GitHub, Cfx.re/FiveM ecosystem services and hosting or infrastructure providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. References to third parties do not imply a formal partnership.

We aim to operate reliable services, but unless a separate written agreement or SLA states otherwise:

• Services may change, be interrupted for maintenance, or experience outages.
• Alpha, beta and research features may be unstable or incomplete.
• Features may be modified or discontinued.
• Availability is not guaranteed.

Threat intelligence, scanner results, advisories and related findings reflect available evidence and analysis at a point in time.

• A finding marked malicious or suspicious is not a guarantee of perfect completeness.
• Absence of a Titan detection does not prove that software, a resource or infrastructure is safe.
• Automated results may include false positives or false negatives.
• Users should review findings in operational context before taking action.

Titan may rate-limit, restrict, suspend or terminate access when necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, violation of these Terms, or protection of users or systems.

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Titan does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free results or that security tooling will detect every threat.

To the extent permitted by law, Titan is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunities arising from use of the services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections where they apply. Mandatory applicable law remains unaffected.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date and last-updated date appear at the top of this page. Material changes may be communicated through appropriate channels (for example service notices or account notifications) where practicable.

Continued use of the services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.
